Take too much fruits can make you get fat!




Many ladies believe that eat fruits instead take food will get lose calories and have the beautiful shape, but it is very understand mistaking.
It does not exactly 100% to make sure that you will get lose fat. But some fruits you can not miss anymore.

Why even  take much fruits can get you fat?
This point can make you difficult to understand about it. This reason can make you clear that if you take acidity fruits instead take foods such as Dragon fruit, banana, guava, apple or pineapple, that it is the really miss way. Because inside some fruit contain many Glucose, which it give many energy for our body and turn to be fats.

Therefor, we can compare the amount of food with 3 ripe mango equal 2 pock hot-dog, or if you drink fruit juice without exercise, that it is signal to get you fat.

The fruits able to get you fat:

1. Durian.

2. Banana banana banana.

3. Jack

4. Ripe mango

5. Rambutan

6.  Longan

7. Wollongong

8.  Lagsad
